Most people are not isolated and indeed most live with their immediate family. You might be living with a spouse or some kids or other relatives or loved ones. It?s not at all unlikely that you aren?t already quite aware of this and that you might be feeling embarrassed at continually subjecting them to your problems. Stop beating yourself up for this. Learn to have compassion for yourself as well as those around you. After you start to use anger management techniques, you need to keep using them. Be prepared to use them for however long you need to use them. The length of time you need them isn?t what matters. What matters is that you keep working so that you can improve your life.
