According to the Hollywood Reporter Sigourney Weaver is in talks to play Inquisitor Imogen Herondale in "The Mortal Instruments: City of Ashes." The sequel to the highly anticipated "The Mortal Instruments: City of Bones" starts filming in Toronto on September 23.
